Raleigh, beginning between 1980s, designed and constructed cold-process "Technium" aluminum frames with steel lugs at Kent (Seattle) Washington. These rocked! The Technium process yielded a low-labor-input frame that was light, good-looking and trustworthy which can be competitively made in the USA. Leading tube measures 22.5 inches, Seat tube measures 23 inches.
