ROSEY American Pit Bull Terrier Adult Female in Huntsville, Alabama

My story
Rosey is a gourgeous Alabama Brown dog gal. She is sweet, but terrified here at the shelter. She got along great with the previous owne`rs kids. Rosey also plays really well with dogs here at the shelter and in their neighborhood. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a 3 month dose of a flea/tick preventative applied. The owner had to give her up due to her growling when the office manager came into their apartment. The previous owner says, `Rosie is a sweet loving dog that wants to be next to you at all times. She is housetrained and will go to the door when needing to go out. She is amazing with kids as she has been around my 7 y/o and 2y/o. She can jump a fence (about a 5 foot fence). She does have separation anxiety so when you are not home she will need to be kenneled. The shelter let us borrow a strong kennel as she is very anxious in a kennel and has chewed out of a normal one. She has have never showed any aggression to anyone. She loves all people. Rosie would love to go to a home where she could be a couch potato.` Rosey is one of about 45 pitty/blockheaded dogs who are not being adopted from the shelter. Rosey will intially shiver and be scared when you come to meet her. She will learn in a few days that you are safe and she`ll worship you. Rosey has our hearts!
